1. Who is the data controller?

2. What data do we collect?

We only collect what you voluntarily send us through the contact form. We use no advertising cookies, no analytics cookies and no social media cookies. The site works without them.

• Name — the name you enter in the form.
• Email — the address we reply to.
• Phone — optional; only so we can call you if we need to.
• Budget, car of interest and message — what you write to describe what you are looking for.
• IP address and browser — recorded automatically with every request, for security and to detect automated submissions.

3. What do we use the data for?

We use the data solely to answer your request, prepare a quote and, if you buy from us, complete the import. We do not sell your data to third parties and do not use it for a newsletter.

4. What is the legal basis?

Processing relies on your consent, given when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in answering a request you sent us [TO CONFIRM with the DPO, if applicable, the basis for contact data]. The IP address is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in protecting the site against automated submissions.

5. Who do we share the data with?

We share only what is strictly necessary with those who help complete the import: the carrier, the authority handling the ISV and the one issuing the registration. Each receives only what the law allows. We do not share with third parties for advertising purposes.

6. How long do we keep it?

Requests that do not lead to a purchase are deleted after [TO CONFIRM: 12 months]. Those that lead to an import are kept for the legal period required of us by accounting and tax rules. The technical security log is rotated periodically.

7. What rights do you have?

You may request, at any time and without giving reasons, access to your data, its rectification, deletion, restriction or portability. You also have the right to withdraw consent and to lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority (www.cnpd.pt).

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes too. If a change materially affects your rights, we notify you by email before it applies.
